I've been taken to a bistro, petit tonneau, located in Kudanshita. I didn't take any photo of it, so that I will write down the dishes we've had below.
green asparagus and raw ham with citrus dressing
chiken liver pate
roasted goat cheese salad
onion and bacon pie
moules with white wine and cream
toulouse style sausage with mash potato
Tartar steak
braised lamb shoulder with white bean
cheese platter
fondant chaud de chocolat
chocolate mousse
and we've drunk a white and red bottle of wine. I couldn't eaten lamb, cheese platter and dsert. because my hyperventilation's started. Next time, I will eat all.

no photo of the firework...
sad.., I couldn't do that. there were no nicer photo
than the last time I've took... At least, I took the wines that we've sipped at that time though. :(
I'd tasted all Alsace wines before, but it was the first time to taste the vin mousseux on the right side of the photo, the name is Grand H. I've also enjoyed the pino noir, the left bottle, it smelled like berry.

Hitachino nest beer.
Tonight, I'm sipping a Japanese beer, Hitachino nest beer. I've happened to catch sight of it at a grocery shop. It tastes like Belgian beer. Usually,
I always get the feeling that Japanese beer tastes nothing but light and it's supposed to be chilled. But they weren't. It's tasty and you can smell flavors. Frankly, I prefer Belgian beer, but Hitachino nest is not bad. I'm a bit surprised that Japanese beer company makes the beer like that these days. Nice surprise. The label is also adorable.

Kimpa
I've tried to cook Kimpa at the last weekend. it's a rolled sushi in
Korea. A person's told me and recomend it. In Japan, the rice is vinegared rice, but Kimpa's is combined with little sesami oil and salt and the filling were cutted carrot into thin stick, ground meat, make 4-5 thin sheets of fried egg, kani-kama(imitation crab), Spinach namul at this time. Well, I don't know that my kimpa went right though, the taste was fine anyway. The below picture was the music
that I'd been listening last weekend. the yellow cover was the new album of Mario Castro Neves and the other was released in 1967. He made this new album after 37 years, as the group, Mario Castro Neves & Samba S.A. I've got the feeling that the both have the same ambience.

Dimanche!
It's Sunday. I went out during day, walking around under the blazing sun. Hopefully, I've happened to find a nice Cafe in Jiyugaoka. After went home and had dinner, I
poured wine into glass, and is sipping. I opened a white wine Yestarday night. and there is some left in the bottle yet. This wine still smells like pamplemousse, citron, pine, honey on it. it also includes mineral, I think. and feel like acerbity like the thin skin(inner membranes?) of pamplemousse. This is a nice wine for summer.
I'm listeing music, Joao Donato, it's a brasilian music. I think it's kinda easy-listening. some people know him, I suppose. This music and wine go together, it made me happy. Happy weekend everybody!
