weekdays wines

I've been in a short vacation now. So, Those wines were what I've drunk till now. A pino noir in Germany and a white wine in Bourgogne. The pino smelt like coffee beans. and the white smelt little honey and lime. The both weren't bad. I liked them. I've bought those in a wine shop where I happened to find and I've got them half price in sale.

a unique label. but This wine wasn't that dangerous. It's easy to drink and taste nice. In a way, It could be dangerous, Because, perhaps, people would tend to drink much more than usual. Before open the wine, I drunk a can of Japanese beer, Edelpils. This beer was limited beer, and taste nice. By the way, Tonight pasta was alio olio peperoncini with shirasu(Japanese boiled tiny fish).

I've bought some fuulin(Japanese wind bell) in Kawasaki Taishi(a temple located in Kawasaki) today. There are many fuulin gathering all over the Japan. Each fuulin are made with different material and technique. and They have different beautiful tones.

Choix Supreme

I've puffed a cigar tonight, made by El Rey del Mundo. It smelt nice, herbal, little sweet, and rich scent. It's the first time to puff this, and I liked it.

tonight pasta

I've eaten a pasta with a glass of white wine tonight. the pasta sauce was made with salmon, caper, garlic, red pepper, some potato, Naga-negi(kinda a Welsh onion in Japan) and fresh tomato. The wine had acidity even though it's made in Faugeres, Langudoc. This is a nice wine.

handmade ricotta

I've tried to make a easy handmade cheese with milk, fresh cream, lemon, and little salt. It came to be soften when you add milk. It will be get harder with no cream.
