I ate cous cous after a while. I've opened a white wine. it was 2006 Nouveau, and made by Grande Coline. I liked this smell. It smells like fruits and toast. only Chardonnay?

We've enjoyed the wine tasting party at the last time of this year.

everybody brought something for the party. I brought some cheeses, Cour de camembert au calvados, Ubriaco Rosso, and Robiola di Roccaverano. Robiola di Roccaverano was so nice. it's covered with the fig leaves. very nice with white wine.

The first of all, we've tasted alfred gratien, paradis. the wine shop treat this. he's said it's aged. I didn't asked how long it's been aged though. still acidity and smell honey. rich champagne.


anjou, chenin blanc, jean christophe garnier. This is so nice chenin blanc. It went nice with Robiola di Roccaverano.



it's thick wine. I'm not familiar with bordeaux. but it went nice with Boeuf bourguignon.




I liked the wine like this. the wine shop owner said this winery makes the cote rotie by a traditional way. adding little viognier. I wonder why people think blend little white wine. Anyway, I liked this.


gevrey chambertin, philippe pacalet. nice pino noir. as for me, this wine was a charming wine.




Domain Ostertag, Gewurztraminer, vendanges tardives. and tiramisu. nice wine. it made me feel rich.

I tried to make salted pork one week ago. I've cooked petite sale and lentil for dinner.

soup soup soup!

I've cooked 2 kinds of soup and one meal tonight. the dish with eggs and tomato went well with the rose wine I've opened yestarday.

I've been using this pot over 10 years. there are many cracks on the pot. I want a new pot by now.

today's lunch

a pasta with shiitake mushroom and shishitou which is a jaapnese hot pepper. shishitou doesn't taste hot usually, but there is a few very hot ones sneaking sometimes. then we yell, "I got hit!!".

tonight cigar

I've bought a cigarillo and a mini cigar on my way to go home. griffinos and macanudo ascot. I've tried maduro ascot before. it's different from each other. they are nice for people who wanna smoke, but don't have enough time.

I hardly drink sake though, I like drinking sometime. it's drinkable without chilled.

I've tasted his wine for a long while. This wine is very nice. juicy, not thick, taste smoothly and nice tannic. I've really hesitated to open it at the first, but I'm happy to drink it tonight. perhaps, it can drinkable after a while years, but it's good now as well. I can enjoy it without thinking. it makes me happy obediently. Perhaps, my confition is also good tonight. anyway I wanna say thank to Alquier.

today's pasta

I've cooked a fusilli with olive, potato, haricot, tomato, and Aji no himono. Aji no himono is one of Japanese traditional ingredient. it's a dried fish, horse mackerel. I think people would like it.

Beaujolais Nouveau

We've tasted 9 bottle of nouveau tonight. The wines we've tasted was, from starting the upper left, Jean Marc Laforest, Frederic Cossard, Jean Claude Lapalu, Philippe Pacalet, Karim Vionnet, Yann Rohel, Leroy, Louis Tete, and Chateau de Lengarran.
I liked all, especially, Laforest at this time. There was no bad wine at all. We've enjoyed Beaujolais Nouveau.

hot and sour soup

I cooked a chinese hot and sour soup. I'm not sure I made it rightly though. the taste wasn't bad at all.

This is the songs of Salsoul lebel's selected by Dimitri from paris. It's said that Salsoul lebel is one of the important lebels as people talk about disco classics. It's the first time to know this lebel. but the selection is quite nice.

hoyo de monterrey

I've tried hoyo de monterrey petit robusto. It was nice, but I should've got a longer one.




and I've sipped a wine I'd opened 2 days ago. Chaume Arnaud, le petit coquet. I think it is less juicy than another wine of this winary I've sippted. It's likely more alcohol beverage. Both are nice.

lasagna again

I've cooked lasagna again. I ate it with wine at dinner. the wine was Chaume Arnaud. it tastes very juicy. they went together.
