Since I've read a special topic about south Indian masala curry in a magazine, I sometimes make masara curry this summer. Today's curry is chicken masala curry. I've added some cutted Japanese burdock root. Usually, We use the burdock root for Japanese cuisine, kinpira gobo, miso soup, boiled salada etc..
