I ate orecchiette with salmon. The ingredients were orecchiette, salmon, potato, onion, caper, fresh rosemary, grape seed oil, butter, white wine and little parsley. I used less oil because of butter. and I think the point is caper and white wine. I tried to spice the sauce up with those ingredients, some acidity? well, I think it's not bad at all.
