We've enjoyed the wine tasting after a while.

First of all, We've opened a petillant. It's nice as beginning. little sweet.




Ah! Just what I wanna drink! I've sipped his wine after a while. Marc Pesnot, he has made AOC muscadet, but recently, He's decided not to make wine according to AOC. Wow.. He describes the reason on the back label.very smart description!

Philippe Jambon. It's the first time to drink his wine. I've got a feeling it's spicy. I couldn't believe it's gamay. I'm happy to experience another gamay wine! I like that!



This wine is made by Jean David. Why doesn't it has the label? well, it hasn't commoditized yet. My favorite wine shop owner has brought us this wine directly to hear customers opinion. He's visited many winaries recently, kind a souvenir. it's no SO2! Wow.. I've tasted his wine before. I don't know what varieties are in this wine though, my opinion, this wine is easier to swallow. I've noticed that this wine got empty firstly, you know what I mean? I think it would be nice if it's possible to import to Japan.

Domaine de la combe. I don't know the detail, very nice. it's nice balanced. I've tasted a Beaune wine after a while.



I like the wine like this. I should've noted when I tasted. At least, I've got a feeling that I wanna taste it once.
