I've opened a wine after a while. Pacal Simonutti. I liked his red wines, and this is the first time to taste his white wine. very nice.

it's easy to swallow. very natural, I think. I like his style.
It was 106 degrees in Napa? quite hot. I rathered water if I were there. Be cafeful not to suffer from heat attack. Yokohama, in Japan, isn't that hot yet. but muggy. I never get used to this weather.
