Domaine de Montcalmes

I've opened a languedoc wine after a while. This red wine was so nice balanced. It's wild and little more elegant than the other languedoc wines I've sipped. I've tasted some languedoc wines like this. I wanna drink it again later.

Hello Barry. Thank you for the comment. I'm glad that you liked this wine. and you mentioned about the varieties, how to brew, and tasting notes. I think common Langudoc wines are thicker and wilder because they are grown up in the south of France, which means it easier to get Sun and get ripen., but this one was more elegant.

I've seen your Blog and found Philippe Alliet. You know what? I'm gonna join a wine tasting dinner with him and his wines. He is visting Japan now. I'm looking forward to the dinner.
