Tonight, I've opened a Sake. It's made from Chiba prefecture, Japon.
The name is Kido-izumi, an organic sake, no chemical ferilizer. C'est sucrée un peu, mais not only sweetness. it's tasty. I recommend you to cool it in the refrigerator before drink. Well, Sake is usually supposed to be kept in the refrigerator anyway. It's sensitive.
